User-Submitted information: Our sites contains web forms for the voluntary submission of personal contact information and other details required to match you to an education product or service. Your submitted information is collected, stored and distributed to schools and other third parties as requested by the user to furnish information about classes, programs and education related services.
By submitting this information, you authorize MedicalAssistantCertification.org, and our affiliated schools and partners, to contact you in accordance with all applicable laws by telephone, text messages, email or mail regarding education options or related topics. If you receive any email communications from us, a school, or third party, you will be afforded the ability to unsubscribe through a link in the email, which will discontinue further communication from that party.
By visiting our website, you grant permission for the information collected by us to be shared with our partners, to provide you with information about degrees, programs and other education related products and services. You also grant permission to us for the release of any collected information, including personally identifiable information, as needed, to companies providing us with administrative services, such as email service delivery.
By providing personal information to MedicalAssistantCertification.org, you give permission for us and our affiliated entities, including schools, third party marketing partners and vendors to contact you via telephone, text messages, email, or mail to furnish information, including marketing materials, for education related products and services. In addition, this action grants us, our affiliates, and our partners and vendors, the right to contact you for a period of time, relinquishing any rights granted to you by the Do Not Call list or other applicable laws. Effectively, your submission is an omission to Do Not Call legislation established by state and federal governments and may exempt us from other applicable laws.
We also retain the right to release your personal information as required by law, in instances such as a subpoena or other legal procedure, when, in good faith, we believe it will preserve our rights, protect the safety of you or others, uncover potential fraud, to reply to a government or legal request, and/or in the instance that MedicalAssistantCertification.org is merging, acquisitioning, or selling some or all of its assets to a third party.
